Agreement

By installing or using HunterArsenal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use HunterArsenal on devices you own or control. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, or publish the app or its installation file, or modify, decompile, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

Ownership

HunterArsenal, its name, logo, design, artwork, and content belong to its developer and are protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights.

Not medical advice

HunterArsenal is a habit and self-improvement tracker for motivation only. It does not provide medical, health, fitness, or psychological advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise, diet, or health program, and stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort.

Your data and backups

Your progress is stored only on your device. You are responsible for exporting backups. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data, resetting, or losing your device can permanently erase your progress, and it cannot be recovered without a backup you exported.

Floating HUD and alerts

Daily Mission alerts depend on Android permissions and on your phone’s battery and background settings. Some phones may delay or block alerts, and delivery at a specific time is not guaranteed.

No warranty

HunterArsenal is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of HunterArsenal. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Changes

These Terms may be updated in a future version of the app. Continuing to use HunterArsenal after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
